Ernest L.  Channel Manager

Ernest has been an instrumental part of supporting all areas in the manufacturing facility.  Ernest joined the IMC team in September of 1991, and over the past 17 years, he has served IMC in numerous ways: Machine Operator, Sec Ops Operator, Sec Ops Supervisor, Molding Manager, Team Leader and Scheduler.

Jim F,  Channel Manager

Jim has worked at IMC for over 15 years.  As a new hire, Jim started as a machine operator and was quickly promoted to varying roles within the Quality department, including Laser Mic Operator, Final Audit Inspector, Quality Engineer, Marketing Manager, Estimator and Quality Manager.  

Georgene R, Trainer

Georgene joined the IMC team in August 1983 as a Machine Operator. Georgene has held many very critical roles within the quality and human resources departments. Georgene’s primary responsibilities have been quality inspection, final audits, and training temporary employees, process techs, and certified machine operators.  Georgene has been an instrumental part of supporting all functional areas in the manufacturing facility. Previous to working in the Quality Department at IMC, Georgene was the Trainer at IMC from 1993 to 2002.
