1.) Can we deliver to Mexico?
Answer: Yes, in fact we ship internationally to 14 different countries within North America, Europe, Asia, and South America

2.) Do we build our own tooling, or do we source out molds and tooling?
Answer: We do both. We have a world-class toolroom on-site for most tool build and maintenance activities. We also have a dedicated outsource coordinator that maintains a qualified list of outside custom mold building sources.  Each tool source features unique attributes, from which we decide to place business. 

3.) Is our quality System certified to a registered agency?
Answer: Yes, in fact we are dual certified to ISO-9000:2000, and TS-16949:2002. We plan to be certified to ISO-14001 (Environmental Compliance) by July 2009.

4.) Is IMC a public company?
Answer: Yes, we are a division of NN. Inc., a publicly traded company under the symbol: NASDAQ:NNBR

5.) Can we take part in design reviews?
Answer: Yes, we prefer to provide any technical support that our trading partners find valuable.
