Industrial Molding Corporation's Quality Systems are months ahead of the competition. IMC originally earned ISO 9001:2000 certification in April 2000 and ISO/TS 16949:2002 certification in May 2003. Our Quality effort is an integral part of the manufacturing operation, from initial submission to the final servicing of our customers. Quality assurance is actively involved in DOE analysis and the Advanced Product Quality Planning process during new product development. State-of-the-Art equipment, use of SPC and the commitment to continuous improvement are highlights of the quality system.

The State-of-the-art Metrology lab has developed long standing
and close relationships
with our customers to aid in
developing the most consistent and accurate measurement
techniques.
The equipment ranges from advanced DCC CMM's to simple
micrometers, with calibration traceable to NIST standards.
Using a highly trained staff, all first article inspections
are measured according to basic GD&T principles.
The Laboratory is an essential part of our everyday process,
from the incoming materials to the calibration and
control of gages. The use of a clean climate controlled
environment to complete these tasks is only the beginning
of meeting our customer's requests. ASTM standards
are used to complete any testing that is required.
